Button Box Workshop event - Kingussie March 2018
« on: November 19, 2017, 06:23:03 PM »
Jim Mackay (Inverness) is looking to run another Button Box Workshop, similar to those that have been held in the past. There is no firm plan yet, but tentatively in Kingussie in March 2018. Previous workshops have run Thursday evening to Sunday lunchtime.

Jim is contacting previous participants directly. Anybody else interested could let me know (email or PM) and further information will be provided when it becomes available. Or phone Jim direct; he doesn’t do internet.

I should mention that Jim's workshops focus more on improving playing than learning tunes. Tunes, or parts of them, are used to illustrate playing points.
The workshop might also suit B/C players (not other tunings).

Jim Mackay has now organised this event, at Duke of Gordon Hotel, Kingussie. Dates Thursday 15 March (pm) to Sunday 18 March 2018 (lunchtime). For further information and to book, phone Jim Mackay (Inverness) on 01463 232718.

Edited 28 November - new dates, thus avoiding Easter.
